Tumbling 1 is for a Beginner working on floor basics, drills, and ultimately achieving a Back Handspring and Round off Back Handspring. (ex. of basics are forward rolls, back rolls, handstands, cartwheels and roundoffs)
Tumbling 2 is for Intermediate students who are working to achieve multiple Back Handsprings and Back Tucks. In all classes we use dynamic conditioning and stretching to excel the students strength, speed and agility.
Tumbling 3 is for Advanced students who are working to achieve Layouts and Twisting skills in running and standing tumbling.

$125 / Month - 90 minute class once per week
$155 / Month - 60 minute twice per week
